This giant spiral disk of stars, dust and gas is 170,000 light-years across, almost twice the diameter of our Milky Way galaxy. M101, called the Pinwheel Galaxy, is estimated to contain at least one trillion stars, and God knows each one by name (Isaiah 40:26). The Bible tells us that the God who created the heavens and the Earth has focused His infinite loving attention on each one of us, made in His image!
